What to expect?

Experience a relaxing evening on the summer terrace of the CORD with a 3-course menu and a sundowner drink by the pool. The evening begins with an aperitif and welcome snacks on the modern terrace overlooking the campus and Gasometer.

The menu starts with a starter of tartare and caviar from Scottish Loch Duart salmon, while vegetarians can enjoy a Redefine Meat flank steak in Tataki style. For the main course, Chef Florian Peters serves neck and ham from Iberico pork with mustard seed jus, artichokes, Sauce Vierge, and crispy crackling. Alternatively, there’s oven-baked pointed cabbage with grilled green asparagus, accompanied by leaf spinach, purslane, and nut butter. For dessert, indulge in airy curd with almond sponge, black currant, EUREF Campus Urtracht honey, and almond crisp.

To conclude, enjoy a sundowner drink at the EUREF pool – the perfect end to a culinary summer evening.
