Look forward to our new autumn signature menu, starting from October 9th. The restaurant on the innovative EUREF-Campus is committed to climate protection. That’s why chef Florian Peters focuses on a menu with seasonal and regional ingredients and inspirations from neighboring countries.

4-course Signature menu:

To start: CORD bread from the Berlin bakeries: Paneamore from Ahrensfelde & Keit from Schöneberg, served with orange sea salt butter

Duck liver & fruit bread roasted in butter
apple tarte, onion chutney & elder vinegar

Hokkaido pumkin soup & autumn add-in
rye bread & Styrian seed oil

Braised veal shoulder & sherry stock
turnip & root vegetables

Mini-pear poached in liquoice fond
Baileys, tonka bean ice cream & nut granulate
