In spring 2024 you can again enjoy our popular 4-course signature menu. Enjoy a culinary tour at the CORD. The restaurant on the innovative EUREF-Campus is committed to climate protection. That’s why chef Florian Peters focuses on a menu with seasonal and regional ingredients and inspirations from neighboring countries.

To start: CORD bread from the Berlin bakeries: Paneamore from Ahrensfelde & Keit from Schöneberg, served with sea salt butter & chive oil

Cold marinated asparagus from Beelitz & elderflower
