In the summer of 2023 you can again enjoy our popular 4-course signature menu. Summer awakens the wanderlust and the longing for the sound of the sea in most people. But you can also find vacation happiness in Berlin and: with the culinary tour at the CORD. The restaurant on the forward-looking EUREF campus is committed to climate protection. That’s why chef Florian Peters focuses on a menu with seasonal and regional ingredients and inspirations from neighboring countries. “In the summer, there’s a huge variety in our area,” explains Peters, “so we don’t need to go too far afield for strong flavors, but we’d also like to evoke a vacation mood.”
