The Cord sets a new focus

We have used the past few weeks – and our summer break – intensively to realign the CORD.

Our aim has always been clear: the CORD should be a special place for enjoyment, encounters and extraordinary experiences. This is exactly what we are now focusing on even more.

From September 1, 2025, we will say goodbye to daily à la carte service. In future, we will only open our doors to the public for selected Pop-up events – while remaining bookable as an exclusive event location for special occasions.

What remains is our promise:
– a unique ambience
– the culinary delights of star chef Thomas Kammeier & his team
– and the passion to host unforgettable moments.

What has changed is the setting: less everyday, more extraordinary.

The “Thomas Kammeier & Friends” series kicks off with the Pop-up with guest cook Markus Semmler.

the CORD remains what it has always been – a place for special moments. Only even more consistent.
