Look forward to the new edition of the Sunday Specials format! On Sunday, May 11, 2025, chef Florian Peters and his team will take you on a tasty journey through the diversity of spring.

Between 16:00 and 21:00, the CORD will be transformed into a stage for live cooking at the highest level. Under the motto “Spring Delights & Mother’s Day”, guests can not only look over the shoulders of the kitchen team, but also talk to them directly, ask questions and be inspired. They will gain exclusive insights into preparation techniques, product selection and sophisticated kitchen secrets.

Enjoy unique compositions inspired by the ingredients of the season. The menu selection of the live cooking experience combines the light flavors of spring: the finest Beelitz asparagus, fresh wild garlic and spicy horseradish meet fresh trout, risotto or tender North Friesland wagyu.
