“Clear Choice” – The CORD joins the eat!berlin Festival

An evening with Hans Reisetbauer and the finest spirits accompaniment

At eat!berlin, the Cord is all about clear pleasures: Together with the “Distiller of the Year International 2025”, Hans Reisetbauer, we invite you to an evening dedicated to his outstanding spirits.

In keeping with the title of the event “Clear Choice”, a 5-course menu will be served that highlights the art of distillation.

Start: 7:00 pm

Hans Reisetbauer, who is considered a pioneer of modern distilling, will be there in person to introduce you to the world of his fine spirits. Each course of the exquisite menu, created by top chefs Thomas Kammeier and Florian Peters, is perfectly matched to the selected spirits – a harmonious liaison of fine cuisine and clear distillates. To ensure that wine lovers also get their money’s worth, a special drop from Bernhard Ott from Feuersbrunn in Austria will round off the evening.

Hans Reisetbauer recognized early on that true quality requires special care in dealing with nature. With a clear focus on the highest standards and sustainability, he now cultivates 60 hectares of orchards together with his son Hansi and a dedicated team of 14 employees. Apricots, apples, pears – especially the precious red Williams pear – wheat, barley and now also edible soy grow here. In addition to excellent brandies, his product range also includes fine soy sauces, which are also prized for their high quality. After all, “Quality creates friendship” is Hans Reisetbauer’s motto – and this credo characterizes every single one of his products.
