Sunday Special – 1st Advent on December 1, 2024:

A Christmas flying menu awaits you, prepared at various live cooking stations. Take a look behind the scenes of our experienced team. Our chefs, including master chef and gastronomic director of the EUREF-Campus Berlin, Thomas Kammeier and head chef Florian Peters, will reveal tips and tricks for preparing 8 flying dishes.

This Sunday Special will be accompanied by a welcome drink and an exciting wine pairing from the winegrowers Bideona, a winery in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. Bideona was founded in 2018 through the acquisition of an existing winery and offers wines that have a freshness, elegance and depth of flavor that characterize the great wines of Rioja Alavesa.

Start your evening with a sparkling champagne aperitif before our chef Florian Peters treats you to a sophisticated 4-course menu. Look forward to culinary highlights such as porcini mushroom tortelloni with white Alba truffle, Atlantic halibut with Chardonnay velouté and Imperial caviar as well as many other fine compositions that will enchant your palate.

To top it all off, our live dessert stations await you, where you can help yourself in a relaxed atmosphere and look over the shoulders of our kitchen team. Your evening will be rounded off with an exquisite wine pairing, carefully selected from the best German winegrowers.
